Returning to the Heart of the Faith

In this fast-moving world, our hearts are sometimes left behind. The quiet beauty of the Traditional Catholic faith is our anchor in a sea of constant change. The Church bells remind us of days gone by where candles and incense burn before the altar of God.
This blog is born from the desire to get return to tradition ---to reclaim the treasures that countless souls built for centuries. Here, we can reflect on the traditional Holy Mass in its timeless form, to remember the lives of the saints who walked before us, and the devotions which drew millions closer to Our Lord and Our Lady.
The traditional Catholic life is not about nostalgia; it is about fidelity. It is about holding fast to the truths handed down to us, not as relics of the past, but as living gifts for today.
As we begin this journey, I invite you to pause and reflect on who our God is and how he speaks to us from scripture. As our Men’s group is currently reflecting on the Book of Mark’s commentaries by Fr. Bartolomeo de Barbieri, OFM Cap. (New Arrivals – Roman-Seraphic Books) Our Lord’s passion begins in Ch. XV with
“1 And straightway in the morning, the chief priests holding a consultation with the ancients and the scribes and the whole council, binding Jesus, let him away, and delivered Him to Pilate.” -Mk XV:1
